APPOINTMENTS
Appointments are available Monday thru Saturday, mornings, afternoons and evenings. We strongly suggest pre-booking your next appointment for your convenience.

CANCELLATIONS
Please give us 24 hours notice when canceling an appointment. Respect our time as we respect yours. With the exception of an unexpected emergency, please give us the courtesy of a 24 hour notice when canceling an appointment, or consider paying your therapist for the missed apoointment.

If you arrive late for your scheduled treatment, you will receive therapy for the remaining time scheduled.

PAYMENT METHODS
Payment is due upon completion of treatment. We cheerfully accept cash or personal checks ($15 charge for returned checks). Visa and MasterCard are also accepted.

GIFT CERTIFICATES
Healing in Harmony gift certificates are available and are redeemable for all our services. Gift certificates may be purchased in various denominations and are non-refundable. Healing in Harmony is not responsible for lost gift certificates. Click here for ordering information.
