Gentle Yoga (Beth)
This gentle yoga class offers a "no pain, no pain" approach to yoga. Emphasis is on the mental and physical
benefits of a steady and comfortable practice. Students are encouraged to explore the postures in a way that
feels safe according to their individual needs. Class will consist of a brief opening meditation, warm up, basic
posture flow and a relaxing cool down. Review of yamas & niyamas will be incorporated throughout the class.
Gentle Mix Yoga (Tina)
This yoga class focuses on relaxation and stress release by using basic yoga practices of breath and
postures. It is a mixed level class so that beginners as well as those who have experience practicing yoga may
benefit. Each class has a theme so that the student may continue the practice throughout the week. Those who
wish to deepen their practice may also do so in this class. (Suggestions for adapting various postures are made.)
Stability Ball Yoga (Stacia)
In this class for beginner and intermediate students, the ball is used to facilitate and challenge strengthening
and flexibility techniques. The ball is used to support the weight of the body and to create resistance in a
variety of positions as the exercises are performed. In some cases, the use of hand weights or other props will
be integrated. This class will be adapted to the students' fitness levels. It can be designed as a total body
workout or concentrated on particular regions of the body. The stability ball is an excellent tool for major
muscle strength training, including core strength and flexibility, and for balance and coordination. This class is an excellent building block for your yoga practice or fitness program.

Vinyasa Yoga (Tim)
Vinyassa yoga links flowing postures with the rhythm of the breath. This intermediate level class is paced such
that beginners can enjoy learning the basics of yoga while more advanced students can be challenged.

Jennifer has been practicing yoga since 1998. She has been formally trained in the vigorous Vinyasa style
yoga study under Tom Gillette at Eyes of the World and holds a certification in the Viniyoga style, a gentler
more therapeutic style. The blending of these two styles creates balance in Jennifer's teaching, allowing her to accomodate any level of yoga student.

also licensed in Massage Therapy and has been practicing for almost 12 years. She creates innovative

and later by Tom Gillette at Eyes of the World (RYT 200). He recently became certified to teach pre-natal
yoga. By combining aspects of gentle yoga (Desikachar's Viniyoga) with more vigorous vinyasa (Pattabis Jois
Ashtanga), he creates an environment where beginners can learn quickly and more experienced students can
continue to advance. He enjoys helping others embrace their true nature by observing mind and body without judgement.
