For as long as I can remember I have felt a connection with nature and the elements. The cycles, rhythms, patterns and healing capacity of the natural world fascinated and continues to fascinate me still to this day. It is this fascination with and deep connection to nature which brought me to healing work - through experiencing the highs and lows of life I continued to return to nature to learn and be reminded of the power and light within me.

I have spent many years of my life believing that I need to “do” something or “be” someone in order for my healing to take place, but what nature has taught me and continues to teach me, is that the only person I need to be is myself. I only need to remember my heart and to trust the wisdom of my body and the joyful infinite presence of Spirit guiding me on my journey. This is what my hope is for everyone who feels called to work with me.

While I have studied many healing techniques and modalities, the driving force behind all of my offerings is a deep desire to reconnect people with their own bodies, heart and innate wisdom. I bring my heart and diverse life experience to each and every session which allows me to connect with people where they are and create a space for Spirit to weave into their lives and support their healing journey.

Kimberly has always been fascinated with holistic therapies, especially since dealing with her own health issues over the years. Kimberly has been a school teacher for the past 26 years, working most recently with first grade students, and previously with special needs middle schoolers. She has seen how students and teachers alike have become stressed and eventually sick. She wanted to find a way to help alleviate the stress, motivate the children and help the parents. She has incorporated yoga and mindfulness into the classroom already. She now wants to develop a way to help parents to help their children through reflexology. She achieved great results, both physically and emotionally, combining both Reiki and Angel Therapy and wanted to share this success with other people.

She’s passionate about the benefits of this ancient form of healing and strives to provide loving, healing Reiki to her clients, giving them physical and emotional comfort and relief. Karen’s a strong believer in providing comfort to terminally ill cancer patients and she does so by offering free Reiki and Angel therapy in between their radiation and/or chemotherapy medical treatments.
